Fixing MIDI Note Lengths

You can set the length of selected MIDI notes to the Length Quantize value.

Prerequisite

A MIDI part with some note events is open in the Key Editor.

Procedure

  1. In the Key Editor toolbar, open the Length Quantize pop-up menu and select the desired note length.
  2. Select the note events that you want to fix.
  3. Select MIDI > Functions > Fixed Lengths.

Result

The selected note events are set to the specified Length Quantize value.
