MIDI Functions
MIDI functions allow you to permanently edit MIDI events or MIDI parts in the Project window or from within a MIDI editor.

You can restrict polyphonic voices in selected MIDI notes or parts. This is useful if you have an instrument with limited polyphony and want to make sure that all notes are played.

You can restrict polyphonic voices in selected MIDI notes or parts. This is useful if you have an instrument with limited polyphony and want to make sure that all notes are played.

Procedure

Select the MIDI notes or parts that contain the voices.
Select MIDI > Functions > Restrict Polyphony.
Specify how many voices you want to use.
Click OK.

Result

The notes are trimmed as required, so that they end before the next note starts.
