Tracks are the building blocks of your project. In Nuendo, events and parts are placed on tracks.
Track Presets
Track presets are templates that can be applied to newly created or existing tracks of the same type.

Procedure

In the Inspector, click the Preset Management icon on the right of the Inserts section.
Select From Track Preset.
In the Results browser, double-click a track preset to apply it.
