You can edit the default tool modifier keys.

Procedure

Select an option in the Categories list.
Select the action for which you want to edit the modifier keys in the Action list.
On your computer keyboard, hold down the modifier keys and click Assign.

Result

The current modifier keys for the action are replaced. If this tool already has assigned modifier keys, you are prompted to replace them.
